Tagliatelle with Mediterranean

Tagliatelle
Tagliatelle with Mediterranean vegetables
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 300 g PANZANI Tagliatelle
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 20 pitted black olives
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Some basil leaves

  1. Finely dice the courgettes and tomatoes, thinly slice the onion and crush the garlic.
  2. Cook the PANZANI Tagliatelle in a large saucepan of salted water.
  3. Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil in a frying pan or a wok. Then add the vegetables and brown them for some time (the vegetables should remain a bit hard).
  4. Mix well the pasta and the vegetables in a serving dish and add the basil and olives just before serving.
