Tagliatelle with lemon cream and

List of ingredients:
- 400 g PANZANI Tagliatelle
- 12 cl crème fraîche
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g tuna in brine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Salt, pepper
- Cook the Tagliatelle in a large saucepan of salted water.
- Mix the crème fraîche, lemon juice and garlic in a small salad bowl and blend to a uniform consistency.
- Then add drained tuna and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the sauce on the pasta and serve immediately.
