Tagliatelle with lemon cream and tuna
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 400 g PANZANI Tagliatelle
  • 12 cl crème fraîche
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 g tuna in brine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper

  1. Cook the Tagliatelle in a large saucepan of salted water.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche, lemon juice and garlic in a small salad bowl and blend to a uniform consistency.
  3. Then add drained tuna and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the sauce on the pasta and serve immediately.
