Summer Farfalle with melon and mozzarella
Serves: 8
Preparation time: 20 - 30 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 500 g PANZANI Farfalle
  • 1 melon
  • 150 g Parma ham cut into very thin slices
  • 250 g mozzarella balls
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Salt, pepper

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it and quickly run under cold water.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and thinly slice the ham.
  3. Remove the melon seeds and scoop out small balls using a melon baller.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing the vinegar with salt, pepper, honey, lime juice and zest.
  5. Pour the sauce on the cold pasta and add the balls of melon and mozzarella.
  6. Serve the salad in small dishes garnished with ham slices and some basil leaves.
