Penne with chicken and feta

Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 400 g PANZANI Penne Rigate
  • 200 g cooked, cold chicken
  • 120 g feta
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 2 spoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 spoons liquid honey
  • Salt, pepper

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it and quickly run under cold water.
  2. Dice the chicken, feta and tomatoes.
  3. Then prepare the sauce with balsamic vinegar and honey. Add seasoning.
  4. Mix everything well with cold pasta and olives. Serve chilled.
