Linguine with saffron prawns
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 400 g PANZANI Linguine
  • 300 g prawns
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp saffron
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Cook the Linguine in a large saucepan of salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, brown the sliced garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Reduce the heat and add soy sauce, chopped parsley and saffron. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add in the peeled prawns so that they absorb the sauce well.
  4. All you need to do is enjoy it with steaming hot pasta.
