Linguine with saffron prawns
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients:
- 400 g PANZANI Linguine
- 300 g prawns
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp saffron
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Cook the Linguine in a large saucepan of salted water.
- Meanwhile, brown the sliced garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Reduce the heat and add soy sauce, chopped parsley and saffron. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add in the peeled prawns so that they absorb the sauce well.
- All you need to do is enjoy it with steaming hot pasta.
