Four Cheese Penne Rigate

List of ingredients: 
  • 400 g PANZANI Penne Rigate
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 125 g goat cheese
  • 125 g grated Parmesan
  • 50 g gorgonzola
  • 30 g butter
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg

  1. Melt the butter, followed by mozzarella, gorgonzola and goat cheese in a frying pan over a gentle heat.
  2. Sprinkle on the Parmesan and grated nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. At the same time, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted water for the duration mentioned on the packet. Drain it.
  4. Add the pasta to the cheese preparation and mix carefully.
