Farfalle, surimi and raisin salad



Farfalle, surimi and raisin salad
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 400 g PANZANI Farfalle
  • Some surimi sticks
  • 100 g sweet corn
  • 2 handful of raisins
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper

  1. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil into a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook the Farfalle al dente.
  2. When the pasta is cooked, run it under cold water and drain it. Then put it in a large salad bowl and add lemon juice.
  3. Cut the surimi sticks into small cubes and drain the sweet corn.
  4. Add the surimi, raisins and sweet corn kernels in the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
