Farfalle, surimi and raisin salad
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients:
- 400 g PANZANI Farfalle
- Some surimi sticks
- 100 g sweet corn
- 2 handful of raisins
- Olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, pepper
- Pour 1 tbsp olive oil into a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook the Farfalle al dente.
- When the pasta is cooked, run it under cold water and drain it. Then put it in a large salad bowl and add lemon juice.
- Cut the surimi sticks into small cubes and drain the sweet corn.
- Add the surimi, raisins and sweet corn kernels in the salad bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
