Farfalle salad with prawns and avocado
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients: 
  • 400 g PANZANI Farfalle
  • 250 g king prawns, fresh or frozen
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Chives
  • Salt, pepper

  1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the chives, peel the prawns and cut the avocados into small cubes.
  3. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix with the vinaigrette.
  4. Arrange in a serving dish. Top with prawns, avocado cubes and sprinkle with some chopped chives.
  5. Leave to cool in the refrigerator before serving.
