Farfalle salad with prawns and
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
List of ingredients:
- 400 g PANZANI Farfalle
- 250 g king prawns, fresh or frozen
- 2 avocados
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
- Chop the chives, peel the prawns and cut the avocados into small cubes.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix with the vinaigrette.
- Arrange in a serving dish. Top with prawns, avocado cubes and sprinkle with some chopped chives.
- Leave to cool in the refrigerator before serving.
